Design Systems Management

Led design systems work across mobile apps, websites, and enterprise software, designing for a demanding audience of older adults, health managers, and education administrators, and turning scattered patterns into a shared design language multiple teams could build on.

The Problem

Design work was happening in silos, with no shared components, tokens, or process, so teams kept rebuilding the same patterns from scratch. The stakes were higher too: most of these products served older adults and administrators in health and education, people who needed interfaces that were simple and easy to use, not just consistent.

The Solution

I led a team of 4 designers through the full process, from user research to prototyping to front end handoff, always grounded in user centered design for an older, less tech fluent audience. I worked closely with engineering to bring designs to life, and built high fidelity Figma prototypes used in client presentations and early stage pre sales. I also introduced KPI tracking and led the move from Trello to Monday.com.

The Result

Delivered 13+ complete products across mobile, web, and enterprise software. This design work contributed to an 8% increase in contracts, alongside measurable gains in user retention and developer workflow efficiency.
