A multi-brand email builder that replaced fragile, AI-generated HTML with a live-preview workspace — turning inconsistent, error-prone emails into brand-consistent, production-ready HTML in one click.
The Problem
Managing multiple brands meant every email was built from scratch using AI-generated HTML — it looked fine in the editor, but broke on mobile, rendered incorrectly in Gmail, or fell apart entirely on iOS in dark mode. Small inconsistencies in fonts, colors, and spacing made emails feel off-brand, and there was no shared system to catch these issues before send.
The Solution
I identified the problem, designed the solution, and built it end-to-end. Each brand gets its own isolated workspace — colors, logos, templates, and assets — with one-click switching between brands. Inside the builder, I edit content on one side and see the exact final HTML rendering live on the other, so what I see is what ships. A shared asset bank (1,259+ files registered) keeps every brand's visuals in one place, with 15+ ready-made email templates across 3 builder layouts and version history saving up to 15 versions per email. A dedicated builder handles sports content — match cards, event details, live data — with the same live-preview experience. Built with Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.
The Result
The tool was adopted immediately by the marketing team. Email production increased 6x within the same timeframe, and broken emails dropped to near zero — no more cross-client, cross-device rebuilds for every new campaign.
