123 Bet mobile
A mobile-first product for 123 Bet with 60+ screens: home, casino, live casino, sign-up, deposit and withdrawal by card, instant payment and crypto, promotions, missions, profile, history, and every loading, empty, error and modal state, built on a token-based design system.
- My role
- Product design end to end: flows, UI, design system and the style guide developers build from.
- The problem
- Most players arrive on a phone, often with one hand. The product had to support several languages and currencies, crypto and fiat, and still make the first deposit feel simple and safe.
- What I did
- Shortcuts to bonuses and missions at the top, ranked game rows, a three-step sign-up with a progress bar, a deposit sheet with quick amounts and the bonus shown before paying, and clear states for every failure so the player always knows the next step.
- Result
- 60+ screens at 375 px, logged in and logged out, plus a style guide with semantic color tokens, text styles and components.
- A decision I'd defend
- Designing the unhappy paths first. Offline, maintenance, region blocked, game unavailable, empty history: each got its own screen with one clear action. These are the moments when players lose trust, and they are usually left for developers to improvise.
Home and navigation
Bonuses and missions within thumb reach, ranked rows and a home banner whose order changes for logged-in and logged-out players.

States and design system

Some of the screens shown here may have changed since Brazil's betting regulation took effect. The screens come from my own design files. This page shows interface design only and is intended for adults (18+).
