Design systems for 13+ products
I led four designers building tokens and component libraries for mobile apps, websites and enterprise software in education, construction and tech.

- My role
- Design lead: research, prototyping, handoff and team process.
- The problem
- Teams worked in silos and rebuilt the same patterns. Many users were older adults and administrators who needed simple, clear interfaces.
- What I did
- One shared design language with tokens and components. User research with a less tech-comfortable audience, close work with engineering, and high-fidelity prototypes for the sales team.
- Result
- 13+ products shipped. My prototypes were used in sales pitches; company contracts grew 8% in that period. I also introduced KPI tracking and moved the team from Trello to Monday.
Education
Enrollment, school transport and a digital class register for public schools, used by teachers, parents and administrators.
Construction and services
Safety software for construction sites and portals with the same component library.
